Cancel A Registration

Overview

Customers are able to request a cancellation, and whenever this happens, an Admin (you) has to approve it. This is how all cancellations will work in Captyn.


The Customer Experience

Here is what a logged in customer will see. They will choose to Request Cancel, choose an effective end date (most choose "Today"), and provide a reason for this:
Once choosing to Request Cancel, the customer will choose a Final Date of Enrollment as well as a Reason for Cancellation.


This step taken by your customer will create a notification in your Admin account. 


The Admin Experience


This is what the notification in your Admin account will look like.
Here is what you will see as an admin when you click on the number in the upper right-hand corner of your Captyn account.

You will choose Manage Request and be presented with options to Continue the Cancellation, Decline & Delete the Request, or Move the Enrollment to another program instead. Here is the process of Continuing the Cancellation.
