Admin Notifications
Overview
In Captyn you can enable certain Admin notifications to be alerted of various instances that take place in your account. Notifications can come via email and/or text.
Where to Enable
You can manage these settings by going to an Account and clicking on the More tab along the top of the profile.
Next, choose Manage communication preferences.
Here, you will be able to set the particular areas to be notified.
What You Can Be Notified For
The following items can be enabled, either for email or text.
These Administrator Account notifications are important as it is a way to let more users know about these particular actions (e.g. a class cancellation request by a customer). By default, we will notify the Organization Email set in your Organization Settings.
