Captyn + SWIMS 3.0 Integration

Overview

Connect your team's USA Swimming SWIMS 3.0 account to Captyn. Let SWIMS 3.0 be the source of truth for teams: including meet entries, results, eligibility, rosters, etc. Captyn is the solution for all registrations and communications for those participants. This integration allows for your customers to seamlessly enroll in a swim school program as well as a team between platforms.

How to Connect

Step 1: Log into your USA Swimming account and choose Club from the header menu

Step 2: Choose "My Club" from the dropdown menu

Step 3: Choose the "Registration" tab

Step 4: Select "Activate Vendor"

Step 5: Click "Add Vendor" and select Captyn

Step 6: Copy the Club ID to paste into Captyn

See It In Action

The integration is truly as easy as a few clicks, done in minutes, and then you watch your data update in real-time. Once you have gotten your Club ID from USA Swimming shown in the steps above, you will be able to easily migrate all of your Team Participants into Captyn and place them into the appropriate classes.
